I created this image just for a bit of fun, but I like it so much, I thought I'd turn it into a shirt and offer it for sale at my BeastWreck shop.

BEASTWRECK ATTACKS!

Finished the colors for my BEASTWRECK ATTACKS design. It's an homage (aka "rip-off") of the wax-pack art from the original MARS ATTACKS trading card series from the 60's. I've had a soft-spot in my heart for Mars Attacks ever since encountering the original cards when they were reprinted in the 80's, not only for the involvement of ace artist Wally Wood, but for the sheer sci-fi/pulp greasy pop-goodness of the concept and execution. Love it! This design will soon find it's way to various products (namely shirts/stickers/buttons) in my BEASTWRECK SHIRTS & STUFF shop! Stay tuned!

Here's a peek at an upcoming design for my BeastWreck brand based on the classic MARS ATTACKS trading card series from the sixties, which holds a special place in my sugar-frosted heart. The original art is from the wrappers for the wax packs. Working on the inks with colors to follow soon.

Was just messing around, trying some new treatments for my BeastWreck logo. Wanted a slightly off-register printed and weathered look, perhaps for use on a sticker or something. We'll see.
